Rock-Paper-Scissors ...such a simple game, but people come up with complex strategies & try to convince you they have figured it out ...how to win.

There may be some truth to their logic ...but, we are not dealing with just psychological possibilities/or probabilities.  

Yes, I can see what they are saying ....yet, they are dealing with clever stereotypes.  Men perhaps feel more dominant by choosing rock ...and if they have a female participant, they may look at them as one who repairs & mends, sort of the sewing type, thinking they will choose scissors.  

Rock smashes scissors ...and we all know men have a tendency, or younger men, or boys, to smash things. And a guy doesn't mind loosing if a girl chooses paper ...as he doesn't mind her covering his hard or rough edges.

Am I making too much of this??  

Perhaps.

But, I'm perhaps humoring myself a bit.

I could go on ...to say Democrats like paper, but Republicans like to cut things out of the budget.

Okay, I'll stop ...

Well, at least I'll stop on that note ...but, we still have half the title to go.
